Prescription Refills

After 12 months, a medical history update and exam is necessary for any refills. Antibiotics, steroids, and all addictive medications can not be refilled without a recheck in our office.

Please call your pharmacy and ask them to electronically request refills to our office. 

Bring in all your prescription bottles for us to double check when you return for office visits.

If you know you will need to be seen by the physician to obtain a refill please call a week in advance.

• We do not refill any controlled substance over the phone
• An office visit is required for each refill
